Work out how much seating you need
Start with the number of guests who will need a seat at the same time. Check whether your venue provides any chairs and whether those chairs can move between the ceremony and reception.
If you need ceremony seating and dinner seating in different places, explain the schedule. Reusing chairs requires someone to move and reset them; separate setups may require a different quantity. Include any seating needed for vendors or other participants in your request.
Choose chairs that suit the space
Tell Jamie whether the event is indoors or outdoors and the kind of chair you prefer. Request current photos and specifications for available options before agreeing on a selection. Styles and stock are confirmed individually; this page is an inquiry guide rather than a live inventory.
A floor plan helps explain table arrangements, clear aisles and the location of the ceremony. If the venue has requirements for floor protection or outdoor furniture, include those details.
- Event date, venue address and approximate guest count.
- Number of chairs requested and whether they are for a ceremony, meal or both.
- Preferred appearance, indoor or outdoor use, and any venue requirements.
- Access times, stairs or other delivery constraints, and who will arrange the chairs.
Compare the complete rental arrangements
Ask for the chair rate and any applicable order minimum, travel or delivery charge. Confirm whether setup, collection and teardown are available and whether they are included in the quote.
For St. Louis, Columbia, Springfield or another location outside Poplar Bluff, share the full venue address before comparing quotes. A rental’s total cost depends on more than the per-chair price. Confirm the rental period, return timing and booking requirements directly with Jamie.
