Bring the venue details into the design
Before deciding what to rent or buy, make a list of the pieces included with your venue. Seating, linens and decorative items may already be available. A floor plan and photographs of the empty space can help explain what you want to change.
For an outdoor ceremony, include the weather backup location in the conversation. Moving a ceremony can change seating, backdrop placement and setup timing. Share any restrictions on candles, hanging decor or attaching items to walls.
